Fall Candles, Hand-Poured in Upstate New York

We're twenty minutes from the southern edge of the Adirondack Park, which means we take autumn a little personally around here.

This collection pulls together everything we make that belongs to the season — two limited-run scents poured once a year, and six from our regular range that come into their own the moment the air turns.

The limited pair. Pie Time is exactly what it sounds like: pumpkin, warm spice and butter crust, the smell of a kitchen on a cold Sunday. Leaf Peeper is drier and cooler — peak foliage in the Adirondacks, fallen leaves, woodsmoke, and the sharp air of a New York October. Both are poured once. When they're gone, they're gone until next September.

The rest of the season. Hudson Orchard is crisp apple from the valley this state is known for. Sugar House leans maple and caramel, familiar to anyone who's stood near a sugarhouse in March. Cinnamon Stix is the one people light on the first cold weekend. The Reading Chair brings sandalwood and amber for evenings that call for staying in, and Vermont Weekend and The Boathouse carry the cedar and open-air side of fall.

All hand-poured in small batches in Saratoga Springs, New York, from 100% USA-grown soy wax with phthalate-free fragrance and cotton wicks. Forty hours in the mason jar, sixty in the tumbler.
